Responsibilities
Management and Supervisors at Ultratech Metal Works are responsible for providing and maintaining:
Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment for all personnel
Conducting regular safety training to protect workers from injury and health risks
Ensuring health and safety of all employees, contractors and visitors on site
Providing adequate welfare facilities for all workers
Ensuring compliance with safe work procedures and mandatory use of PPE
Enforcing strict adherence to all company safety policies and procedures
